Product developer

I am a developer with over twenty years of experience. Advocate of agile practices and the software craftsmanship movement. I have been coding since I was sixteen but I started my professional career in 2004. Since then I have had the opportunity to work in a good variety of projects, with different technologies and across different industries assuming various roles such as product developer, technical coach, team lead, and technical director. I have experience helping development teams to get better at writing software, establishing a culture of continuous learning, and guiding the adoption of Lean/XP practices.
